These Terms of Service govern your use of AGRAVIUM websites, accounts, community features, testing programs, and related services.
By creating an AGRAVIUM account or using AGRAVIUM services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the AGRAVIUM Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use AGRAVIUM.
AGRAVIUM is an independently developed persistent agricultural-world software platform and community. Features, modules, integrations, and availability are under active development and may change, expand, pause, or be removed as the platform evolves.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you have notified us of unauthorized access and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act.
You may not use AGRAVIUM to engage in conduct including:
Alpha, preview, testing, and unfinished features may contain bugs, change substantially, be reset, become unavailable, or behave differently from final functionality. Access to testing programs is discretionary and may be modified or revoked at any time.
Indicating testing interest during registration does not guarantee Alpha Tester status. Alpha Tester access is approval-based. Pioneer status is Founder-awarded. Neither status can be purchased. Financial support does not guarantee either role. These designations do not create ownership, employment, compensation, investment rights, or decision-making authority within AGRAVIUM.

Contributions to AGRAVIUM are not represented as charitable donations or tax-deductible charitable contributions.
If payment functionality is enabled, payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed third-party payment provider. AGRAVIUM does not store complete payment-card information. Payment providers handle card and transaction data according to their own terms and policies.
AGRAVIUM is independent from GIANTS Software GmbH. AGRAVIUM is not an official Farming Simulator product. Farming Simulator and GIANTS Software are trademarks or registered trademarks of GIANTS Software GmbH. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Any Farming Simulator integration made available by AGRAVIUM remains subject to applicable GIANTS Software terms and policies. AGRAVIUM does not promise commercial functionality that has not been approved or released under applicable rules.
Where applicable GIANTS Software rules require AGRAVIUM-developed Farming Simulator mod or bridge components to remain freely accessible, AGRAVIUM does not require payment to access those components. AGRAVIUM does not use support contributions, paid roles, or other mechanisms to paywall required FS integration access or sell prohibited gameplay advantage through Farming Simulator integrations.
You retain ownership of content you submit to AGRAVIUM where applicable. You grant AGRAVIUM a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and operate submitted content as necessary to provide and improve AGRAVIUM services. AGRAVIUM does not claim ownership of your content.
AGRAVIUM may maintain persistent records involving virtual assets, companies, reputation, contracts, markets, or similar world-state information as platform features develop. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement, virtual platform records do not represent legal ownership of real-world property, securities, financial instruments, or currency.
AGRAVIUM may suspend or terminate access for reasons including abuse, security threats, fraud, cheating or exploitation, violations of these Terms, or behavior that materially harms the platform or community.
AGRAVIUM may change, suspend, discontinue, reset, or modify unfinished services and features as development evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular feature or environment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AGRAVIUM is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AGRAVIUM will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the service.
AGRAVIUM may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical through the website or other appropriate channels. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
