Create and manage Work

Open Contracts → Create Contract. Confirm you are acting for the right company/farm.

Choose a supported work type and the correct target field or route.

Enter a specific title, scope, deadline and practical instructions.

Choose Flat, Hourly or supported Hybrid terms; enter any bonus clearly when supported.

Select the appropriate audience/offer mode and publish.

Monitor claims or bids, verify start and progress, then review the contractor’s submitted completion.

Approve or dispute based on the record. Verify settlement in Work/Economy.
Available operation types and validation paths depend on the current Work readiness. A listed future work category is not a promise that it can be posted today.
Employer checklist
- Do not hire workers for equipment they do not have access to.
- Keep task boundaries unambiguous, especially crop type, field, cargo and route.
- Do not use discretionary bonuses as guaranteed base pay.
- Close or cancel only through available site/Discord controls.
- Resolve disputes in-platform so the history remains consistent.
