Some actions require an eligible company, current FS25 evidence, or an active destination world. The website shows the actual actions available to you.
The Auction House starts with verified ownership
A machine must belong to the selling company, be eligible for trade, and have matching FS25 ownership evidence. Leased vehicles cannot be sold through the Auction House. A machine engaged in another active transfer cannot also be auctioned.
Buying machinery

Open Markets → Equipment Auction House.

Inspect the equipment name, condition, reported age/hours, current bid and destination options.

Choose an eligible destination farm belonging to the buyer company.

Place a valid bid or use Buy Now when offered. Buy Now ends the auction rather than waiting for its timer.

Watch the sale and physical transfer status. Do not assume the vehicle has appeared in FS25 before transfer is confirmed.
Selling machinery

Open the Sell Equipment area and choose an eligible company-owned machine.

Set a starting bid, permitted reserve and/or Buy Now price.
- 03
Confirm all pricing stays at or below the verified original purchase price.

Review and publish your listing.
- 05
Track bids and completion in My Activity. A listing with bids may not be cancelable.
Different worlds have different readiness
Same-world ownership transfer can be available even if an across-server physical route is not. The destination selector should only offer eligible world/farm choices. Read the current transfer status; never promise a buyer instant delivery where the destination is gated.
