ROLEPLAY WITH STRUCTURE
A role matters more when the world knows who you are acting for.
Farming Simulator roleplay becomes deeper when players are not only pretending to be a contractor, carrier, dealer, processor, banker, or employee, but are attached to a persistent company and an actual authority model. AGRAVIUM's production foundation already supports player identity, company membership, roles, and capability-based permissions.
That means future web, Discord, and FS25 actions can be designed around the same answer to a basic question: who is this player, which company are they representing, and are they allowed to perform this action?
PLAYER-OWNED COMPANIES
The company is intended to outlive the session and the person on shift.
AGRAVIUM treats a company as a persistent world entity rather than a temporary multiplayer farm label. Membership, roles, ownership relationships, and released capabilities belong to that durable record.
That foundation supports a future where companies can employ players, own assets, accept contracts, move freight, build financial history, and change leadership without losing their identity every time a server or map changes.
JOBS + CAREERS
Not every player needs to own a farm to matter in the economy.
AGRAVIUM is being designed for a broader set of agricultural-world roles: farm operators, contractors, truck drivers, warehouse operators, production businesses, dealerships, financial services, employers, and other careers that make sense as the world grows.
The career and employment systems themselves are not released yet. The goal is to make those roles economically meaningful through future contracts, company authority, assets, wages, reputation, and history rather than relying only on informal Discord roleplay.
REPUTATION + HISTORY
A persistent roleplay world should remember what happened before today.
When identity and company history persist, decisions can accumulate consequences. A future company can have a record of relationships, contracts, ownership, performance, credit, or disputes instead of every interaction beginning from zero.
AGRAVIUM's architecture is intentionally being built around that durable record first. Reputation, financial history, and economic outcomes remain future systems, but the persistent identity model gives them somewhere trustworthy to live.
